This is a must-go for all Asian food lovers. Definitely not the average all-you-can-eat, Sabakaita is managed by very young and qualified personnel. Long story short: in the early 2000s an Italian sushi lover starts his own "sushi-chef at home" business, then it grows bigger and bigger; years later his two sons open this local restaurant in town bringing the same passion and love for Japanese cuisine.
Note: "Sabakaita" is a funny name of fantasy which mixes the local dialect (romagnolo) to some japanese-like sounding name. It is very entertaining, once you get it.
I recommend the eating experience at the bar, facing the chef (one of the two very talkative brothers) as the Japanese tradition rules.
The cocktails are exquisite as well, give it a chance.
Definitely going to repeat the experience.

One of the best restaurants in Forlì without a doubt. Particular and interesting sushi rolls and nigiri, all delicious, so the prices are more than justified. The service is excellent thanks to the kind, attentive and highly trained staff. Relaxed atmosphere and very nice location. Also nice to see how they prepare the sushi and drinks in front of you. I will always go back!
The best sushi! We come once a year as a group with friends from Mantua and Padua, we take the van specifically to eat this sushi and stop for a night in Forlì. You can't find such quality and tasty sushi even in the à la carte sushi of the big cities. A reference point. The super dear guys, an experience of flavours. I recommend Everest rolls❤

Having said that, the place is very welcoming and refined.
Excellent quality food with a wide range of choices but to leave truly full, you also have to eat the chef and pay him his weight in gold. In any case, the opinion is positive.

Very very good sushi in Forlì, from Forlivese Chef Claudio Rossi, passionate about Japanese cuisine. The place inside is small, not huge but quite spacious. The food is very delicate with high quality raw materials and has nothing to do with the usual all u can eat sushi. I recommend it if you want to eat good sushi! The prices are a little high but they definitely reflect the quality and are worth it!
